Vatra In Memory of Our Fallen Soldiers

It has become a tradition to organize a large camping event one week before Ukrainian Independence Day at Mountain Lemon Campground near Tucson, AZ.
On August 15-17, 2025, more than 100 people gathered to honor our fallen soldiers. We held a brief prayer, thanks to the Tucson Ukrainian Catholic Church and Father Martyn.
We raised a total of $1,670 during the event. Of that amount, $940 was spent on purchasing tablets for orphans in Ukraine, while $730 was allocated for hand warmers for Ukrainian defenders.
